3. AI Agent Interactions

AnyDemo uses advanced proprietary AI models to conduct real-time product demos. While we strive for absolute accuracy, you acknowledge that AI-generated responses may occasionally vary in content and tone. Our agents are programmed to adhere to your provided sales scripts and brand guidelines.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AnyDemo or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
